    HOW FRESH WILL MY COFFEE BE?

      Very! We typically ship your coffee within 24 to 72 hours after we roast it. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 5-7 days after we roasted it.

        CAN YOU GRIND MY BEANS FOR ME?

        We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. You can select "grind" during the checkout process.
         
          WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
            We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.

              WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
                We use the United State Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

                  WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
                    Right now, we offer free shipping for orders $50 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping for anything else.

                            Of course! You can change any of your settings in your account at any time. Our goal is to help you find your new regular coffee. We encourage you to make changes to get there!

                                  CAN I CANCEL MY COFFEE PLAN?
                                    Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan at any time by logging in to your dashboard. After you cancel, we'll send you any deliveries that you already paid for, and we'll never bill you again.

                                      CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

                                              HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?
                                                When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information, but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

                                                  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
                                                    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days of placing your order, we will refund your purchase with no questions asked.
